No-Bake Corn Flakes Fingers

Ingredients

  • 3 cups corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade

Coating

  • 2 cups finely ground biscuits

Preparation

  1. Prepare a shallow tray and line it with parchment paper; set it aside.

  2. In a deep plate, crush the corn flakes with your fingers, add the orange marmalade, and mix well to form a cohesive dough.

  3. In a wide plate, place the finely ground biscuits.

  4. Take a walnut-sized amount of the dough, shape it into a small finger, and place it in the tray; repeat with the remaining dough to make uniform-sized fingers.

  5. Roll the shaped fingers in the biscuit crumbs to coat lightly.

  6. Place the coated fingers on a serving plate and serve immediately.
