Tiramisu with Strawberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 packet ladyfinger biscuits
- 2 cups ready strawberry sauce
Filling
- 1 cup clotted cream
- 200 grams soft cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Decoration
- Strawberry halves
Preparation
Prepare a loaf pan or a high-edged dish measuring 10x4 inches and line it with a large piece of plastic wrap, covering the bottom and sides with some overhang, then set aside.
For the filling, in a mixer bowl add the clotted cream, soft cream cheese, sour cream, honey, and vanilla, attach the whisk and mix on medium speed until creamy and fluffy, then stir the mixture with a wide plastic spoon.
In a deep plate, place the strawberry sauce, lightly dip the ladyfinger biscuits in the sauce and arrange them vertically along the sides of the pan.
Spread half of the sauce in the pan, then add another layer of sauce-dipped ladyfinger biscuits, and spread the remaining filling mixture and the remaining biscuits.
Fold the edges of the plastic wrap over the biscuits and press lightly, then place the pan in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight to set completely.
Remove the pan from the refrigerator, remove the plastic wrap, and invert the pan directly onto a serving plate.
Arrange strawberry halves on top of the dessert and serve immediately.
