Healthy No-Bake Yogurt Bites
Ingredients
- 120 gm Salted & Roasted Peanuts, coarsely ground
- Approx 8 Walnuts, coarsely ground
- 50 gm Pumpkin Seeds, coarsely ground
- 120 gm Hung Curd
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder + more to dust
- 2.5 tbs Honey
- 2 tsp Powder Sugar (optional)
Preparation
Coarsely grind 120 gm Salted & Roasted Peanuts and transfer in a bowl
Coarsely grind approx 8 Walnuts & 50 gm Pumpkin Seeds and keep aside
In a mixing bowl take 120 gm Hung Curd
Add 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
Add 2.5 tbs Honey
Add 2 tsp Powder Sugar (optional)
Combine everything together
Add ground nuts, mix it well and keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour
Place this mixture in a square shape cookie cutter to make square shape bites
Dust some Cocoa Powder on it
Top with Roasted Peanuts & Pumpkin Seeds
Tips
You can make these bites sugar-free by omitting the powdered sugar.
