Healthy No-Bake Yogurt Bites

Ingredients

  • 120 gm Salted & Roasted Peanuts, coarsely ground
  • Approx 8 Walnuts, coarsely ground
  • 50 gm Pumpkin Seeds, coarsely ground
  • 120 gm Hung Curd
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder + more to dust
  • 2.5 tbs Honey
  • 2 tsp Powder Sugar (optional)

Preparation

  1. Coarsely grind 120 gm Salted & Roasted Peanuts and transfer in a bowl

  2. Coarsely grind approx 8 Walnuts & 50 gm Pumpkin Seeds and keep aside

  3. In a mixing bowl take 120 gm Hung Curd

  4. Add 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder

  5. Add 2.5 tbs Honey

  6. Add 2 tsp Powder Sugar (optional)

  7. Combine everything together

  8. Add ground nuts, mix it well and keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour

  9. Place this mixture in a square shape cookie cutter to make square shape bites

  10. Dust some Cocoa Powder on it

  11. Top with Roasted Peanuts & Pumpkin Seeds

Tips

  1. You can make these bites sugar-free by omitting the powdered sugar.
