Dark Chocolate Cherry and Chia Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 60% cocoa chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • Sprinkle of salt

Preparation

  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips for 2 minutes, stir with spatula and return to microwave for 30 seconds until chocolate is melted

  3. Pour chocolate evenly into baking sheet

  4. Top evenly with chia seeds, walnuts, cherries, pumpkin seeds, and salt, allow to cool completely then break into 20 even pieces and enjoy
