Easy Pomegranate Chocolate Bites for School Snacks

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups pomegranate seeds
  • 150 grams high quality dark chocolate (50-70% dark for kids)
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Across 12 muffin cups, sprinkle a single layer of pomegranate seeds.

  2. Melt chocolate in microwave, transfer to a plastic bag, snip the end, and pipe a crisscross pattern over the pomegranate seeds. Then add another layer of pomegranate seeds, followed by chocolate, and repeat the layering.

  3. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on each bite and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
