Homemade Dark Chocolate Nut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 300g bittersweet couverture

Preparation

  1. Mix nut butter, sea salt, vanilla and syrup in a bowl

  2. Melt chocolate in a water bath

  3. Place half of the chocolate in the tins so that the bottom is covered

  4. Place one teaspoon of nut butter mix in the middle of each cup

  5. Pour rest of the chocolate on top

  6. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes
