Mini Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Cups

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • Sea salt

Preparation

  1. Combine 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, and 2 tbsp maple syrup.

  2. Scoop 1 teaspoon of the mixture into each mold.

  3. Freeze for 15 minutes.

  4. Combine 3 tbsp creamy natural peanut butter, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp maple syrup, and 2 tsp coconut oil.

  5. Scoop the peanut butter mixture over the frozen chocolate.

  6. Drizzle each cup with the remaining chocolate mixture.

  7. Sprinkle with sea salt and freeze for 15 minutes.

  8. Enjoy and store in the freezer.
