Peanut Brittle Fudge Slice

Ingredients

Base

  • 1.5 cups macadamias or brazil nuts
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cacao
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Filling

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Top

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup cacao
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Process 1 1/2 cup macadamias (or brazil nuts), 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup cacao and 2 tbsp coconut oil.

  2. Press into a square cake tin and place in the freezer.

  3. Process 1/2 cup natural peanut butter, 1/4 cup maple syrup and 1 tbsp coconut oil.

  4. Spread over base and return to the freezer.

  5. Whisk 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, 1/4 cup cacao and 1/4 cup maple syrup.

  6. Pour over base and return to freezer until set.
