Peanut Brittle Fudge Slice
Ingredients
Base
- 1.5 cups macadamias or brazil nuts
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cacao
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Filling
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Top
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup cacao
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Preparation
Process 1 1/2 cup macadamias (or brazil nuts), 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup cacao and 2 tbsp coconut oil.
Press into a square cake tin and place in the freezer.
Process 1/2 cup natural peanut butter, 1/4 cup maple syrup and 1 tbsp coconut oil.
Spread over base and return to the freezer.
Whisk 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, 1/4 cup cacao and 1/4 cup maple syrup.
Pour over base and return to freezer until set.
