Peanut Butter Swirl Freezer Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
Preparation
Stir together the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until combined, then pour into a baking tray and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp cacao, 1 tbsp melted coconut oil, and 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup.
Swirl the mixture lightly on top of the fudge using a toothpick.
Place in the freezer to set. Be careful not to overdo the fats, and keep the fudge in the freezer for storage.
