Peanut Butter Swirl Freezer Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Stir together the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until combined, then pour into a baking tray and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp cacao, 1 tbsp melted coconut oil, and 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup.

  3. Swirl the mixture lightly on top of the fudge using a toothpick.

  4. Place in the freezer to set. Be careful not to overdo the fats, and keep the fudge in the freezer for storage.
