Peanut Butter Custard with Vanilla and Coconut
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup plant based milk
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp corn starch
- 1 cup coconut milk, full fat
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
Throw all ingredients together in a pot.
Simmer and stir for 6 minutes.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Tips
Custard is creamy and firm with a nice peanut flavor.
Perfectly sweet with vanilla and coconut, and sugar-free with no compromise in taste.
