Peanut Butter Custard with Vanilla and Coconut

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plant based milk
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 cup coconut milk, full fat
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Throw all ingredients together in a pot.

  2. Simmer and stir for 6 minutes.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Tips

  1. Custard is creamy and firm with a nice peanut flavor.

  2. Perfectly sweet with vanilla and coconut, and sugar-free with no compromise in taste.
