Vegan Oreo Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients
Crust
- 28 Oreo cookies
- 80 grams of Flora Plant unsalted
Filling and toppings
- 400 ml of coconut milk
- 175 grams of dark chocolate
- A pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 10 Oreo cookies
- Fresh blackberries
Preparation
Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted Flora Plant butter, then press the mixture firmly into the base of a tart pan to form the crust.
In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk until warm, then add the chopped dark chocolate, salt, and maple syrup, stirring until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth and combined to create the filling.
Pour the chocolate filling evenly over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
Refrigerate the tart for several hours or until fully set.
Before serving, add the remaining Oreo cookies (crushed or whole) and fresh blackberries as toppings.
