Raw Vegan Avocado Tart
Ingredients
Base
- 100 g roasted almonds
- 30 g desiccated coconut
- 2-3 tbsp cacao
- 8 medjool dates
- Pinch of salt
Filling
- 2 big avocados
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 big banana
- 3 tbsp cacao
- 2-3 tsp maple syrup
Preparation
Blend the base ingredients together until well combined
Press the mixture firmly into a tart tin or mold
Blend all filling ingredients until smooth and creamy
Pour the filling over the prepared base
Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours until set and firm
