Raw Vegan Avocado Tart

Ingredients

Base

  • 100 g roasted almonds
  • 30 g desiccated coconut
  • 2-3 tbsp cacao
  • 8 medjool dates
  • Pinch of salt

Filling

  • 2 big avocados
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 big banana
  • 3 tbsp cacao
  • 2-3 tsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Blend the base ingredients together until well combined

  2. Press the mixture firmly into a tart tin or mold

  3. Blend all filling ingredients until smooth and creamy

  4. Pour the filling over the prepared base

  5. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours until set and firm
