Peanut Butter Chocolate Oat Cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 cup runny peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup collagen
Chocolate topping
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
Preparation
Mix everything together with a spatula.
Grease a muffin tin.
Fill the cups about three-quarters of the way, leaving room for the peanut butter chocolate topping.
Place in the freezer for about 1 to 1.5 hours.
Melt the chocolate topping in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat if needed.
Add the chocolate topping and smooth out with a knife.
Place back in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Store in the freezer or the fridge.
