Sugar Cookie Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup pea protein
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate candy cane granola
Preparation
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
Mix together peanut butter, maple and vanilla, then mix in pea protein.
Evenly spread across bottom of the pan and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Cut into 8 bars, top with chocolate and chocolate candy cane granola, freeze for 10 minutes and enjoy.
