No Bake Peanut Butter Magic Bars
Ingredients
Peanut butter layer
- 1 cup runny, organic Peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
Chocolate layer
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Peanut butter
Coconut layer
- 15 ounce chilled coconut cream
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings
- 2 Perfect Bar peanut butter coconut bars
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, mix the peanut butter layer.
Line an 8x8 brownie pan with parchment paper.
Press the peanut butter layer into it and set aside.
Make the chocolate layer.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave with the coconut oil for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat every 30 seconds until melted.
Add to a mixing bowl with the peanut butter.
Mix together.
Pour on top of the peanut butter layer.
Try to smooth it out with a spatula.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Right before you remove this layer, make the Coconut layer.
Add the coconut cream to a mixing bowl and mix it well with the maple syrup using a hand mixer or stand mixer to make it whipped.
Add on top of the chocolate layer.
Add the Perfect Bar chopped into small pieces.
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Remove, let sit out just a few minutes, then slice and enjoy.
