No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup, agave syrup
- 2 cups, peanut butter
- 3 cups, oats
- 1 cup, chocolate chips
Preparation
Place the oats into the bowl of your food processor and grind them for a few seconds (shouldn't be too finely grinded)
Add all ingredients, except the chocolate chips in a large bowl
Stir with a large spoon until blended
Transfer the mixture to an ungreased 8 x 8 dish lined with parchment paper
Spread well and press evenly with a spatula
Place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to set
Microwave chocolate chips with a little water for approximately 2 minutes on high, or until melted
Stir well to combine
Spread chocolate mixture evenly over the peanut butter & oats mixture
Refrigerate for at least one hour before slicing
Store covered in refrigerator
