No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup, agave syrup⁣
  • 2 cups, peanut butter⁣
  • 3 cups, oats⁣
  • 1 cup, chocolate chips⁣

Preparation

  1. Place the oats into the bowl of your food processor and grind them for a few seconds (shouldn't be too finely grinded)⁣ ⁣⁣

  2. Add all ingredients, except the chocolate chips in a large bowl

  3. Stir with a large spoon until blended

  4. Transfer the mixture to an ungreased 8 x 8 dish lined with parchment paper

  5. Spread well and press evenly with a spatula

  6. Place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to set

  7. Microwave chocolate chips with a little water for approximately 2 minutes on high, or until melted

  8. Stir well to combine

  9. Spread chocolate mixture evenly over the peanut butter & oats mixture

  10. Refrigerate for at least one hour before slicing

  11. Store covered in refrigerator
