Steel Cut Oats with Berry Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • chocolate spread
  • pumpkin seeds
  • blackberries

Preparation

  1. Warm up a half cup frozen berries in a bowl with 1 tsp chia seeds.

  2. Microwave for 1 minute to warm berries.

  3. Once unfrozen, lightly mash berries and mix well.

  4. Allow to sit for 4-5 minutes.

  5. Pour over top of prepared oats.

  6. Top with chocolate spread, pumpkin seeds, and extra blackberries.
