Steel Cut Oats with Berry Chia Jam
Ingredients
- steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- chocolate spread
- pumpkin seeds
- blackberries
Preparation
Warm up a half cup frozen berries in a bowl with 1 tsp chia seeds.
Microwave for 1 minute to warm berries.
Once unfrozen, lightly mash berries and mix well.
Allow to sit for 4-5 minutes.
Pour over top of prepared oats.
Top with chocolate spread, pumpkin seeds, and extra blackberries.
