3/4 Ingredient No Bake Millionaire Shortbread
Ingredients
- 200gms ground almonds
- 200gms almond butter (runny)
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional, use extra almond butter if omitting honey)
- 100gms caramel (ready-made)
- 100gms dark chocolate
Preparation
Mix 200gms ground almonds, 100gms almond butter, and honey in a bowl. Rub the ingredients together to fully combine.
Press the mixture firmly into a lined loaf tin, creating a smooth surface.
Spread a thin layer of caramel over the base and place it in the freezer to set.
Melt the chocolate for 1 minute in a microwave, add 100gms of almond butter, and stir well to combine.
Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the caramel layer, creating a separate chocolate layer.
Tap the tin lightly on the worktop to smooth out the chocolate layer. Optionally, add a light dusting of sea salt crystals.
Place the tin in the fridge to set.
Once set, cut into 8-10 squares and enjoy!
