Traditional Panchamrit Indian Beverage

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 8 tbsp curd ( 1/2 cup)
  • 16 tbsp milk (1 cup)
  • 2–3 tsp gangajal

Preparation

  1. In a clean bowl, add milk and curd.

  2. Mix in sugar, stirring until it dissolves.

  3. Add ghee, then honey.

  4. Pour in 2–3 tsp gangajal.

  5. Stir gently in one direction until smooth and creamy.

  6. Offer as prasadam, then enjoy fresh.

Tips

  1. For an even richer taste, you can garnish with a few crushed tulsi leaves or saffron strands.
