Shaken Coffee Cream in a Bottle

Ingredients

  • 500 ml fresh cream (can be vegetable-based), chilled
  • 60 g brewed moka coffee, cold
  • 6 g instant coffee
  • 30-40 g powdered sugar, to taste
  • unsweetened cocoa powder, optional, for finishing

Preparation

  1. Pour the cream, cold moka coffee, instant coffee, and powdered sugar into a 1.5-liter bottle.

  2. Close the bottle with the cap and shake vigorously until a dense and velvety cream forms.

  3. Distribute the cream into glasses or cups and, if desired, sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa powder.

  4. Serve immediately, very cold.

Tips

  1. For easier preparation and a airier cream, shake for a couple of minutes, then place the bottle in the freezer for 10 minutes. Shake again more vigorously to achieve a softer and foamier consistency.
