No-Bake Caramel Layered Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ground plain biscuits

First layer

  • 1 cup cream or clotted cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped white chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter

Second layer

  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 cubes cream cheese
  • 1 packet caramel powder

Decoration

  • chopped hazelnuts
  • whipped cream

Preparation

  1. Prepare 4 cups or individual dishes for serving.

  2. Spread the ground biscuits evenly in the cups or dishes.

  3. In a blender, combine the cream, white chocolate, and peanut butter. Blend on medium speed until smooth and homogeneous, then spread evenly over the biscuit layer.

  4. In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, and caramel powder. Blend on medium speed until smooth and homogeneous, then spread over the first layer.

  5. Refrigerate the desserts for several hours or overnight.

  6. Decorate with chopped hazelnuts and whipped cream.
