No-Bake Strawberry Biscuit Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 packet finger biscuits
  • 1 cup ready strawberry sauce

Filling

  • 1 cup qimar (clotted cream)
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Garnish

  • Halves of strawberries

Preparation

  1. Prepare a loaf pan or high-sided dish and line it with plastic wrap, leaving some overhang, then set aside.

  2. For the filling, in a mixer bowl, combine qimar, cream cheese, sour cream, honey, and vanilla; mix on medium speed until creamy and fluffy using the whisk attachment, then stir gently with a wide plastic spoon.

  3. In a deep plate, place the strawberry sauce; lightly dip the finger biscuits in the sauce and arrange them vertically along the sides of the pan.

  4. Spread half of the sauce in the pan, add another layer of sauce-dipped biscuits, then spread the remaining filling mixture and the rest of the biscuits.

  5. Fold the overhanging plastic wrap over the biscuits and press lightly; refrigerate for several hours or overnight to set.

  6. Remove the pan from the refrigerator, remove the plastic wrap, and invert it onto a serving plate.

  7. Arrange strawberry halves on top and serve immediately.
