Chocolate Mille-Feuille Dessert
Ingredients

Custard

- 2 cups liquid cream
Chocolate cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter
For decoration
- Cocoa powder
- Fine sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven and bake puff pastry sheets until golden and crisp.
Prepare custard by heating milk and mixing with starch, custard powder, sugar, salt, and vanilla until thickened, then stir in butter and cream.
Make chocolate cream by combining sugar, cocoa powder, milk, vanilla extract, and butter in a saucepan, heating until smooth and thickened.
Assemble the dessert by layering baked puff pastry with custard and chocolate cream.
Decorate the top with cocoa powder and fine sugar, then chill before serving.
