Manar's Chocolate Puff Pastry Dessert

Ingredients

  • 3 packets puff pastry
  • 2 cups cream cheese at room temperature
  • 2 cups liquid cream
  • 5 pieces Snickers chocolate
  • 5 pieces Twix chocolate
  • 5 pieces Galaxy chocolate
  • 5 pieces Bounty chocolate
  • 5 packets M&Ms chocolate
  • 5 packets peanut M&Ms

Decoration

  • melted Galaxy chocolate

Preparation

  1. Adjust the wire rack in the oven and preheat to 200°C. Prepare shallow baking trays.

  2. Roll out the puff pastry to about 6 mm thick using a rolling pin. Cut into desired circles.

  3. Place the dough in the trays and bake in the oven until puffed and golden brown. The time depends on the size of the dough. Let it cool completely.

  4. In a mixer bowl, add cream cheese and liquid cream. Attach the whisk attachment and mix until fluffy. Add powdered sugar to taste.

  5. Place a layer of the baked pastry in a serving dish. Spread some cream over it, add desired chocolate shapes, and drizzle with melted chocolate.

  6. Repeat the layering process according to the desired size of the festival.
