Moist Triple Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • butter, for the pan

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection: 160°C). Grease a small baking sheet (28.5x23 cm) well.

  2. Chop the dark chocolate and melt it with the butter in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring occasionally. Let cool slightly.

  3. Chop the milk chocolate and white chocolate roughly and set aside.

  4. Mix the chocolate-butter mixture with the sugar, then gradually mix in the eggs.

  5. Mix the flour with the cocoa powder and salt and add to the batter, folding in with a spatula.

  6. Fold in about two-thirds of the chopped chocolate.

  7. Spread the batter in the pan and smooth the top.

  8. Sprinkle the remaining chopped chocolate over the brownies and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

  9. Let cool in the pan.

Tips

  1. Enjoy warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
