Easy Steamed Cream Puffs
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 50 grams butter
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Filling

Preparation
Place 1 cup of water, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 50 grams of butter in a pot over heat until the butter melts and the water begins to boil
Add 1 cup of flour and mix until the dough comes together quickly
Beat the dough well for 5 minutes after it forms
Transfer the dough to another container and allow it to cool
Add 3 eggs one by one, beating well after each addition
Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and mix thoroughly
Pipe the mixture into shapes on a parchment-lined tray
Grease your finger and gently press down the tips of the puffs
In a pot with a heat diffuser, place a metal ring or container, add a steamer cloth or similar setup, and steam the puffs for 1.5 to 2 hours until golden brown
Once golden, remove and let cool, then cut open and fill with whipped cream
