Homemade Easy Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
Chocolate mixture
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Egg mixture
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
Flour mixture
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Set the middle rack in the oven and preheat the oven to 180°C.
Prepare a 9-inch square pan by lining the bottom and sides with parchment paper and set it aside.
For the chocolate mixture, in a saucepan melt the butter, remove from heat, add the chocolate chips and stir until melted, then set aside.
For the egg mixture, in a bowl place the eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar, and whisk with a hand whisk until well mixed.
Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
For the flour mixture, add the flour, salt, instant coffee, and chocolate chips, and stir to combine.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25 to 28 minutes.
Allow the brownies to cool, then cut into pieces and serve.
