Blender Ant Hill Cake

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Butter for greasing

Preparation

  1. Place the eggs, oil, and water in the blender and blend until mixed.

  2. Add the sugar and blend.

  3. Add half the flour and blend again, then repeat with the remaining flour.

  4. Add the baking powder and blend once more.

  5. Pour the batter into a bowl and mix in the chocolate sprinkles.

  6. Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan, and bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for about 45 minutes.

  7. Unmold the cake while still hot and serve.
