Chocolate Chilli Fondue
Ingredients
- 150 gm Chocolate
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 150 gm Fresh Cream
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Butter
Preparation
Heat up the pan and pour in 1/4 cup of milk
Add 150 gm of fresh cream
Mix and heat the mixture
Optionally add 1 teaspoon of sugar or honey for sweetness
Add 1/4 teaspoon of red chilli powder and mix it
Add 150 gm of chocolate cut into pieces
Turn off the heat and keep mixing until the chocolate melts
Add 1 teaspoon of butter and mix again
Transfer to a fondue plate
Top with a small cube of butter and sprinkle some chilli powder
Serving suggestions
Serve with small pieces of brownie, bread, fruits, nuts, chips, or popcorn
Use a fondue bowl with a candle at the bottom to keep it warm
For alternative flavors, use cinnamon powder or coffee powder instead of chilli powder
