Chocolate Chilli Fondue

Ingredients

  • 150 gm Chocolate
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 150 gm Fresh Cream
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Butter

Preparation

  1. Heat up the pan and pour in 1/4 cup of milk

  2. Add 150 gm of fresh cream

  3. Mix and heat the mixture

  4. Optionally add 1 teaspoon of sugar or honey for sweetness

  5. Add 1/4 teaspoon of red chilli powder and mix it

  6. Add 150 gm of chocolate cut into pieces

  7. Turn off the heat and keep mixing until the chocolate melts

  8. Add 1 teaspoon of butter and mix again

  9. Transfer to a fondue plate

  10. Top with a small cube of butter and sprinkle some chilli powder

Serving suggestions

  1. Serve with small pieces of brownie, bread, fruits, nuts, chips, or popcorn

  2. Use a fondue bowl with a candle at the bottom to keep it warm

  3. For alternative flavors, use cinnamon powder or coffee powder instead of chilli powder
