Banana and Pineapple Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 packets cream caramel
- 2 cups cream or qaymar
- 30 pieces plain biscuits
- 1 cup banana milk
- 2 bananas sliced
- 1 cup pineapple cut
Garnish
- Almond slices
Preparation
Bring a transparent serving dish with high edges, approximately 13 by 9 inches in size.
In the mixer bowl, place the cream caramel powder and the cream, attach the wire whisk, and turn on the mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes until the mixture becomes fluffy and creamy.
Place a layer of biscuits in the dish to cover the bottom, spread a little milk, spread a little of the caramel cream mixture, and spread a little of the banana and pineapple slices on the mixture.
Place a second layer of biscuits to cover the banana and pineapple, spread a little milk, and repeat the step so that the last layer is of the caramel cream mixture.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
Remove the banana and pineapple dessert from the refrigerator, sprinkle a generous amount of roasted almond slices, and serve immediately.
