Banana and Date Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pitted and chopped dates
  • 4 large bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups liquid cream
  • 1 teaspoon rose water

For serving

  • Ground cinnamon
  • Ground ginger

Preparation

  1. In individual serving dishes, place a layer of dates, then a layer of banana slices, then a second layer of dates, then another layer of bananas, and repeat until all dates and bananas are used

  2. Sprinkle rose water over the layered dates and bananas

  3. Distribute the cream over the fruits in the dishes, sprinkle a little cinnamon and ginger, and do not stir

  4. Cover the dishes and refrigerate for two hours or overnight

  5. Sprinkle more cinnamon and ginger on top and serve
