Silky Banana Magnolia Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 1 can liquid cream
  • 2-3 bananas
  • 1 package chocolate-covered petit beurre biscuits
  • 1/2 cup ground hazelnuts (optional)

Preparation

  1. Take milk, sugar, flour, and cornstarch in a suitable pot and cook while stirring constantly

  2. When it boils, reduce the heat and add vanilla, then turn off and let it cool

  3. When the initial heat passes, add the cream and stir occasionally

  4. When it cools to room temperature, whip with a mixer for 1-2 minutes to get a smooth consistency

  5. Process the biscuits in a blender to make powder

  6. Place a tablespoon of biscuit powder in bowls and arrange thinly sliced banana slices on the sides

  7. Distribute the cream into cups

  8. Sprinkle biscuit powder on top and decorate as desired

  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours and serve

Tips

  1. You can use strawberries or other fruits instead of bananas
