Layered Cherry Vanilla Pudding Dessert

Ingredients

Cherry layer

  • 4 cups cherry juice
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Cream layer

  • 1 liter milk
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Assembly

  • Biscuits (quantity as needed)

Preparation

  1. Mix all cherry ingredients together and cook until thickened.

  2. Wet the mold and drain excess water.

  3. Pour the hot cherry mixture into the mold and let it cool.

  4. Mix all cream ingredients together and cook until thickened.

  5. After cooking the cream mixture, add 1 tablespoon butter and stir well.

  6. Layer the dessert with cream, biscuits, cream, biscuits, and cream as described.

  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.

  8. Carefully unmold onto a plate and serve.

Tips

  1. Can be prepared the night before for best results.
