Cherry Semolina Pudding Crown

Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 tea glass sugar
  • 1 tea glass semolina
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Cherry sauce

  • 3 cups cherry juice
  • 1 tea glass cornstarch
  • 1 tea glass sugar

Preparation

  1. Pour the cherry juice into a pot, add the sugar and cornstarch, and mix well, then cook on the stove until it thickens.

  2. Wet the mold with water and pour the thickened cherry sauce into it.

  3. In a separate pot, pour the milk, add the sugar and semolina, and mix well.

  4. Cook on the stove, stirring, until it comes to a boil.

  5. After boiling, add the butter and vanilla, and continue cooking until the mixture thickens.

  6. Turn off the heat.

  7. Pour the pudding mixture over the cherry sauce in the mold.

  8. Allow it to cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours.

  9. To unmold, gently pull the sides of the mold with your hands, invert onto a plate, and it should release.
