Caramelized Milk Pudding in a Pan
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 liter milk
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon butter
Preparation
Cook sugar, rice flour, starch, flour, egg yolk, and milk in a pot until it reaches a liquid pudding consistency.
Grease a pan with butter, then add powdered sugar and melt it.
Add 2 ladles of pudding and caramelize, then add the remaining pudding on top.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes, then turn off and let it cool.
After cooling, cut and flip it over.
