Caramelized Milk Pudding in a Pan

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 liter milk
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Preparation

  1. Cook sugar, rice flour, starch, flour, egg yolk, and milk in a pot until it reaches a liquid pudding consistency.

  2. Grease a pan with butter, then add powdered sugar and melt it.

  3. Add 2 ladles of pudding and caramelize, then add the remaining pudding on top.

  4. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, then turn off and let it cool.

  5. After cooling, cut and flip it over.
