Turkish Chocolate Supangle Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 heaping tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 package cream
- 80 grams milk chocolate
- 1/4 cup cold water
Preparation
Add milk, sugar, starch, cocoa, and cream to a pot and cook while stirring constantly with a whisk.
Turn off the heat and add the chocolate; stir until it melts.
Add cold water and blend with a mixer or blender.
Check the consistency; if it does not run off a spoon, it is ready.
Transfer the mixture to a container and stir occasionally until completely cool to prevent skin formation.
Once cooled, portion into bowls and serve, or refrigerate for better flavor.
Tips
Add water carefully as cup sizes may vary.
The pudding tastes better after resting for a day.
