Moist Chocolate Cake with Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 2 packets baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 3 cups flour
Sauce
- 1 cup milk
- 1 packet cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- slightly more than 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 packets milk chocolate
Preparation
Beat eggs and sugar together in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Add 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of vegetable oil, and mix well.
Add 3 cups of flour, 2 packets of baking powder, 3 tablespoons of cocoa, and 1 packet of vanilla, then mix again.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius.
For the sauce, combine 1 cup of milk, 1 packet of cream, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of cocoa, and slightly more than 1/2 cup of granulated sugar in a pot.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Remove from heat and add 2 packets of milk chocolate, stirring until melted.
Once the cake has cooled, poke holes in it with a fork.
Pour the sauce evenly over the cake.
Allow to cool before serving.
