Carrot and Walnut Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 grated carrots
  • 1 cup coarsely ground walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar (optional)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 2 to 2.5 cups flour

Preparation

  1. Mix eggs and sugar well in a suitable bowl.

  2. Add oil and milk, and mix a little.

  3. Then add carrot, walnut, and cinnamon, and mix with a spatula.

  4. Finally, add baking powder, vanilla, and gradually add flour and mix.

  5. Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius in a top-bottom setting oven until done.
