Carrot and Walnut Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 grated carrots
- 1 cup coarsely ground walnuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar (optional)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
- 2 to 2.5 cups flour
Preparation
Mix eggs and sugar well in a suitable bowl.
Add oil and milk, and mix a little.
Then add carrot, walnut, and cinnamon, and mix with a spatula.
Finally, add baking powder, vanilla, and gradually add flour and mix.
Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius in a top-bottom setting oven until done.
