Mom's Walnut Cinnamon Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk or yogurt
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 packet vanillin
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Plenty of walnuts
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the vegetable oil and milk or yogurt, and mix well.
In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanillin, and cinnamon.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
Fold in the walnuts.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool before serving.
