Turkish Mole Cake
Ingredients
Cake
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
- 2 cups flour
Ganache
- 1 packet cream
- 150 grams chocolate
Topping
- 3 bananas
- 2 packets whipped cream mix
- 1.5 cups milk
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Cake
Beat eggs and sugar well
Add the remaining cake ingredients and mix
Bake the cake
Ganache
Place cream in a suitable bowl and melt with chocolate
Pour the mixture over the cake
Topping
Beat whipped cream mix with milk well
Add the other ingredients and refrigerate
