Easy Chocolate Ganache Tray Cake

Ingredients

Cake

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tea glass vegetable oil
  • 1 tea glass milk
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • scant 1 cup flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla

Soaking

  • 1 cup milk

Cream

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 packet whipped cream powder
  • 2 heaping tablespoons labneh cheese
  • 2 heaping tablespoons chocolate spread

Ganache

  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 grams bitter chocolate

Preparation

  1. Whip eggs and sugar until they turn white.

  2. Add oil, milk, and sifted dry ingredients, then mix well.

  3. Spread the batter in a greased baking tray.

  4. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

  5. For the cream, mix all ingredients until thickened and refrigerate.

  6. After the cake has cooled, soak it with 1 cup of milk.

  7. Spread the cooled cream over the cake.

  8. Refrigerate overnight.

  9. For the ganache, heat the cream on the stove, add chocolate, stir until melted, let it cool, then spread over the cake.

  10. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

  11. Slice and serve, decorated as desired.
