Easy Basic Vanilla Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1.5 cups sugar
- slightly less than 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon starch
Preparation
Grease the mold with solid fat, dust with flour, tap off the excess flour, and place the mold in the freezer
Sift together 3 cups flour, 1 tablespoon starch, 1 packet baking powder, and 1 packet vanilla three times
Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature and let the eggs sit for at least 15 minutes
Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer for five minutes until foamy, then use a spatula to gently mix in the other ingredients without deflating and pour into the prepared mold
Bake in the oven without fan, using top and bottom heat at 170°C for 50 minutes without preheating
Do not open the oven door for the first 25 minutes
After baking, remove the cake from the oven immediately, let it cool slightly, then invert the mold to release the cake

Ensure ingredients are at room temperature for best results
Do not bake at too high a temperature, as the cake may rise quickly, collapse, and not cook properly
