Delicious Orange Carrot Cake
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups orange juice
- Orange zest
- 2 large carrots
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 packets baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4.5-5 cups flour
Topping
- Chopped walnuts
- Sesame seeds
Preparation
Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer for 3-4 minutes.
Add orange juice, orange zest, vegetable oil, baking powder, baking soda, and flour, then mix.
Add the grated carrot and mix.
Pour the mixture into a greased large rectangular baking tray, sprinkle with sesame seeds first, then chopped walnuts.
Bake in a 180-degree oven until golden brown.
Notes
This cake is made without milk or yogurt and is ideal for large groups.
