Delicious Orange Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • Orange zest
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 packets baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4.5-5 cups flour

Topping

  • Chopped walnuts
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer for 3-4 minutes.

  2. Add orange juice, orange zest, vegetable oil, baking powder, baking soda, and flour, then mix.

  3. Add the grated carrot and mix.

  4. Pour the mixture into a greased large rectangular baking tray, sprinkle with sesame seeds first, then chopped walnuts.

  5. Bake in a 180-degree oven until golden brown.

  1. This cake is made without milk or yogurt and is ideal for large groups.
