Easy Chocolate Cream Dessert
Ingredients
- 50g sugar
- 25g cornstarch
- 20g cocoa powder
- 3 egg yolks
- 250ml whole milk
- 75g chocolate bar
- 15g butter
Preparation
In a saucepan, whisk together sugar, cornstarch, and cocoa powder.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks.
Heat the milk until hot but not boiling.
Gradually add the hot milk to the egg yolks, whisking constantly to temper the eggs.
Pour the mixture back into the saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in the chopped chocolate and butter until fully melted and smooth.
Allow the mixture to cool before serving.
