Easy Vegan Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 250 ml plant-based whipping cream
  • 250 ml organic coconut milk
  • 40 g white sugar
  • 2 g agar agar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

  1. Heat the whipping cream, coconut milk, sugar, vanilla, and agar agar in a saucepan over low heat. Do not boil, but let it get hot.

  2. Pour the mixture into four glasses and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight to set.
