Easy Vegan Panna Cotta Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 scant cups nut milk
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- 2 tablespoons xylitol
- 1 teaspoon agar agar powder
- 1 cardamom
- Vanilla essence
Preparation
Bring all ingredients to a gentle boil while stirring continuously until the agar powder is fully dissolved and the mixture thickens slightly.
Remove and discard the cardamom.
Pour into ramekins and let it set at room temperature or in the fridge.
Serving suggestions
Enjoy with a berry coulis and a chocolate crumble.
