Vegan Peppermint Bark Bar
Ingredients
- 1 bag vegan white chocolate chips
- 1 bag vegan chocolate chips
- 1 organic candy cane
Preparation
Melt the white chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler.
Spread the melted white chocolate in a mold or lined pan and allow it to cool almost completely.
Melt the dark chocolate chips similarly.
Spread the melted dark chocolate on top of the almost set white chocolate, swirling the two slightly.
Press candy cane or candy cane bits into the melted dark chocolate and allow it to cool completely.
Tips
Use a chocolate bar mold or parchment-lined loaf pan for a single bar.
For larger amounts, use a 9x13 inch sheet pan with additional candy canes.

Choose organic candy canes to ensure they are vegan, as standard sugar processing may involve animal bone char.
