Easy Vegan Smoked Salt Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 11.25 oz (320 g) can of @naturescharm Sweetened Condensed Oat Milk
  • 14 oz (397 g) Vegan Chocolate Chips
  • Smoked or Plain @maldonsalt to taste
  • Optional: 1 tsp (5 ml) Vanilla

Preparation

  1. Add the chocolate chips and condensed oat milk to a microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Heat in 30-second intervals and mix. Repeat until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  3. Add any additional ingredients or extracts if using, and mix well. Pour the mixture into a prepared baking pan lined with parchment paper.

  4. Refrigerate for 45-60 minutes. Before cutting into small squares, top with smoked salt. Serve at room temperature.

  5. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for 5-7 days.
