Chocolate Pretzel Egg Nests
Ingredients
- 100 grams pretzel sticks
- 100 grams white chocolate
- 10 grams shredded coconut
- 6 mini chocolate eggs
Preparation
Break the pretzel sticks into smaller pieces.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, stirring to avoid burning.
Mix the broken pretzels with the melted chocolate.
Divide the mixture equally into 6 cupcake holders.
Sprinkle with shredded coconut and make a small dent in the middle for the egg.
Place in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
Remove from the cupcake holders and place a mini chocolate egg in each dent.
