Chocolate Cookie Dough Easter Eggs
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
- 1/4 cup Choc Protein Powder
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tbs Nut Butter
Pink frosting
- 1/8 cup Icing Sugar
- 1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Pink Pitaya Powder
- 2-3 tbs Water
Purple frosting
- 10g White Chocolate
- 1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Black Goji Berry Powder
Preparation
Mix ingredients for the eggs together until a thick dough forms.
Shape into eggs and set aside.
Mix together the ingredients for the pink and purple icings in two small separate bowls.
Spoon a small amount of pink frosting and spread onto bottom half of the egg.
Drizzle over purple icing.
Leave in fridge to set.
